I've been told to introduce myself here to skip a lot of the 'who are you' conversations.
I'm Leon, I'll be the new chef at Food Here (soon to be rebranded, exciting stuff coming I promise). I've worked in kitchens all over and cooked for Liminals in my personal life but never professionally combined the two. I'm excited to show you guys what we're creating and happy to try and accommodate your varied dietary needs.
I keep odd hours (well no hours) and don't like to sit still for too long so sorry to any of you who run into a tall guy after hours on a walk to fill up time. But if you ever have an interesting hobby you want to share or friendly company at hours where nobody else is awake, I'm a willing volunteer.
