Hey

I've been told to introduce myself here to skip a lot of the 'who are you' conversations.

I'm Leon, I'll be the new chef at Food Here (soon to be rebranded, exciting stuff coming I promise). I've worked in kitchens all over and cooked for Liminals in my personal life but never professionally combined the two. I'm excited to show you guys what we're creating and happy to try and accommodate your varied dietary needs.

I keep odd hours (well no hours) and don't like to sit still for too long so sorry to any of you who run into a tall guy after hours on a walk to fill up time. But if you ever have an interesting hobby you want to share or friendly company at hours where nobody else is awake, I'm a willing volunteer.

I'll try and answer in order!
I'm originally from Alberta (Canada), but I haven't lived there for quite some time. NYC was probably the last city I stayed in for more than a short time! I did used to live in Burlington until the...well you know.

Powers...I guess you'd say I'm self sustainable and can muck with time for short periods. Useful for little things rather than any thrilling superhero stuff.

6'3 flat footed, my lanky night-time silhouette depends on what kind of heel.

Ooh good question. I love doing anything wood fired, that's probably what I'd call my theme/specialty. It works for both meat and vegetarian options equally well.
