I think I knew something was happening, but not what. I was so angry before FrogWatch. And hot and starving. I should've realized then. But it's never happened before, a full shift, so I had no idea. I guess I'll be better prepared for next time.

Yes and no. It was good because I needed to stop shifting. I think it probably only lasted a few hours, but the dog was so happy to have his attention that I couldn't take over. Not his fault.
