After the evaluations are over and as everyone is leaving, Raine loiters in the hallway to fill his obnoxiously large water bottle from the drinking fountain, a process that takes at least a full minute. But he can already feel a headache coming on thanks to a combination of cheap liquor and too much sugar, and he doesn't want to prolong his suffering if he doesn't have to.
