I am catching a little heat about the haste though. But it's okay, we always knew that would happen, and I actually think it makes more sense to have a public engagement and a private ceremony. This way I got to be the center of attention, there's lots of buzz and a digital footprint, but I can use the excuse that people were annoying about us moving too fast to justify why we didn't tell anybody about the actual marriage. Bing bang boom. Slide to home base. Safe!
