It's difficult for Lou to know if this conversation is so unbearable because this guy is Rory's shittiest ex or just because of Jorgensborg himself, but either way, it's miserable (11). The man is looming over him and talking endlessly about himself, his recent accomplishments, his unrequested opinions on everything, and more. He's a force of nature that Lou refuses to get caught up in and even his cologne is overbearing. Lou is about two seconds from throwing his drink in the man's face when he comes up with the phone call excuse instead. That's...probably better.
